Property Management

Carry on the business of commercial and residential property management including consultancy, rent collection, payment of levies, rates and land rent on behalf of property owners.

Tenant Services

Provide cleaning, garbage collection, gardening and landscaping. Solicit prospective tenants and manage placement and relations for property owners across Kenya.

Project Consultancy

Act as agents for clients to review and approve drawings and samples, ensuring consistency with concept designs, and evaluate project implementation while in progress and upon completion.

Risk & Safety

Assess project resources and limitations, identify life and safety requirements, prepare bid documentation, collect and review bids, and assist clients in awarding contracts.

Landscaping & Design

Carry on the business of landscaping, art, planning, design, management, preservation and rehabilitation of land — including modification of living elements such as flora and fauna.
